Proposals for Symposia and Workshops
Deadline for submission: December 5, 2023
The organizing committee cordially invites you to submit your own proposals for symposia or workshops within the official program of the congress.
Symposia and Workshop Proposals Submission
Symposia/workshops should include a general abstract with a list of all speakers, title of the lectures and general objectives of the session.
Proposal from speakers from the same city or hospital are not allowed. Please note that all Symposia proposals must have 1 chairperson (moderator) and 3 speakers.
Presenting author
If your proposal is accepted, all the members of the panel must be registered at the Congress before February 15, 2024.
They must register for the Congress and pay the corresponding registration fee before the deadline for the registration of speakers with accepted proposals.
Failure to meet the registration deadline may result in exclusion from the program.

Instructions for submission
Proposals must be submitted through the online forms on this page.
- When the proposal has been successfully submitted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the main contact’s e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder and, if you do not have it, please contact: info@dual-disorders-congress.com. Authors will have access to their abstracts until the deadline and will be able to edit submitted abstracts and submit additional abstracts.
- All correspondence regarding the proposal will be sent to the first author’s e-mail address.
- All proposals will become property of the 8th World Congress of the World Association on Dual Disorders (WADD) and 26th Congress of the Spanish Society of Dual Disorders (SEPD), and may be used for scientific purposes by the Spanish Society of Dual Disorders with the prior agreement of its Board of Directors.
