Abstracts submission (free communications & Posters)
How to submit
Abstracts should be submitted through online forms that can be accessed from this page.
- When the abstract has been successfully submitted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder and, if you do not have it, please contact: info@dual-disorders-congress.com. Authors will have access to their abstracts until the deadline and will be able to edit submitted abstracts and submit additional abstracts.
- All correspondence related to the abstract will be sent to the authors’ email address.
Types of presentation and contents of the abstract
- Abstracts may be submitted for oral and poster presentation. In order for the Scientific Committee to be able to make a proper evaluation, you must send an abstract of 300 words maximum.
- The maximum number of papers submitted per author/first author is 1. If you submit additional papers, you must not be the first author, and you must include other authors different from those of the first paper submitted.
- The maximum number of papers submitted by the same authors (group of authors) is 2.
- Abstracts may not include graphs, figures, tables, acknowledgements or bibliographic citations.
To assist the Scientific Committee in making a correct evaluation, the structure of the abstracts should be as follows:
- Description of the objectives
- Material and methods
- Results and conclusions
A limited number of oral presentations are scheduled. A committee will select the oral communications based on the abstracts. The remaining accepted abstracts will be presented in poster sessions.
